Overview

The Technical Leader will guide and mentor a team focusing on planning, technical approach, design assurance, and execution excellence in engineering projects related to simulation and digital tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy industrial or nuclear industry.
• Experience in instrumentation application and control system design.
• Strong background in project management and engineering leadership.
• Proficiency in simulation and digital engineering tools.
• Knowledge of nuclear regulatory affairs and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMI/PMP) are preferred.
• Continuous improvement mindset with Lean/Six Sigma experience.
