In Short

  • Own the Self-Service customers' Book of Business (BoB).
  • Define, plan, and execute experiments to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and deliver a cross-department program roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for initiative success.
  • Implement tools and processes to improve service quality.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making with KPIs.
  • Gather insights from Self-Service customers to inform strategies.
  • Report on program results and initiatives’ effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Product Management or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Growth mindset with willingness to experiment.
  • Fluent in English.
