Overview

As a Managed Services Lead at NeuraFlash, you will have the opportunity to serve customers as a Solution Architect, leveraging Salesforce technology and driving continuous improvement on long-term customer engagements focused on strategic outcomes.

In Short

  • Serve customers as a Solution Architect
  • Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
  • Leverage Salesforce technology such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Knowledge
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation on long-term customer engagements
  • Lead managed services engagements supported by consultants in India and Colombia
  • Own client and team onboarding activities
  • Define User Personas and write User Stories
  • Track consumption of budget per contract
  • Coach and mentor junior team members

Requirements

  • Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience
  • Solid understanding of the full Salesforce Platform and its architecture
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Client facing experience in Pre-Sales Activities and Project Management
  • Experience writing user stories with estimation/sizing
  • Certified Salesforce.com Admin with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
  • Attention to detail and strong team player
