In Short

• Manage overall delivery of targeted Agentforce delivery projects
• Act as a thought leader for customers, guiding them in the definition of use cases
• Transition customers from sales to project delivery
• Plan, monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule
• Act as primary point of contact for client operational aspects
• Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders
• Manage project team members in solution delivery
• Drive internal initiatives for innovation and efficiencies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience overseeing AI-related implementation on Salesforce or AWS
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a professional services/consulting environment
• Experience as project manager or scrum leader
• Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
• Certified Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
• Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs and managing scope
