Lokalise is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Operations Specialist to manage critical transactional processes across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial operations.

In Short

• Full-time, remote position for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
• Ownership of AP and AR cash applications within the ERP.
• Manage Dunning process and respond to payment-related queries.
• Perform bank reconciliations for all company accounts.
• Monitor AP inboxes for invoices and correspondence.
• Upload and process invoices in the spend management system.
• Support automation projects and testing of AI-driven tools.
• Ensure data integrity and quality control across systems.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and +2 years of experience.
• Must be tech-savvy and detail-oriented.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• +2 years of experience in AP and/or AR.
• Experience with ERP tools like Rillet, Ramp, or Stripe.
• Strong attention to detail in data entry and reconciliations.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating new software and automated workflows.
