Lokalise is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Operations Specialist to manage critical financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Manage AP and AR cash applications within ERP systems.
• Handle Dunning processes and respond to payment-related queries.
• Conduct bank reconciliations for company accounts.
• Monitor AP and regional finance inboxes for vendor invoices.
• Upload and process invoices in spend management systems.
• Create and maintain vendor profiles for data accuracy.
• Assist in testing AI-driven automation tools.
• Perform data integrity checks and quality control.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in finance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• +2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Experience with ERP tools like Rillet, Ramp, or Stripe.
• Strong attention to detail in data entry and reconciliations.
• Excellent written communication skills.
