Overview

As our Finance Operations Specialist, you will lead the evolution from traditional, retroactive reporting to a high-leverage "Finance Engineering" operation, building and maintaining the financial operating system for global scalability.

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Technology, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• Proven track record of successful experiments in AI and automation.
• Proficiency with modern data and analytics tools and SQL.
• Experience in or passion for the Crypto/Web3 sector.

• Build and manage the finance systems stack end-to-end.
• Establish AI and automation as the core engine of finance operations.
