Senior Risk Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Risk Manager at Finoa, you will work within the Risk Controlling Team, supporting the implementation and improvement of the company's risk framework while advising the international team on non-financial risk management.

In Short

• Assist the risk team in managing non-financial risks focused on information security and IT.
• Contribute to DORA Requirements implementation in operational risk management.
• Support teams during regular risk assessments on blockchain technology projects.
• Execute risk inventory and maintain a loss event database.
• Monitor and report risks effectively.
• Review and update non-financial risk management policies regularly.
• Support ICAAP calculations, stress testing, and scenario analysis.
• Contribute to audits and quarterly reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, finance, or economics.
• Several years of experience in risk management processes, especially in risk analysis and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of risk management regulations like MaRisk and DORA.
• Interest in optimizing and digitalizing risk management processes.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Understanding of Web3 and Blockchain technologies is an advantage.
• Experience in ICAAP is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to promote a sound risk culture.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
