Finance Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in our small but growing Finance team, responsible for day-to-day operational finance processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other finance tasks.

In Short

• Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile multi-currency bank accounts.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and ensure timely collections.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Support audit documentation preparation.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Support management reporting and variance analysis.
• Assist with accounting systems improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales and other teams.
• Train and develop within the Finance team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years in a Finance role.
• Experience with Xero.
• Understanding of subscription-based or SaaS models.
• Familiarity with tools like Maxio and Salesforce.
• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Events Industry experience is a bonus.
• Fluency in English.
