Finance & Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Finance & Operations Manager, you will own all things finance while supporting key operational processes, contributing to the growth of Hardal, an all-in-one marketing measurement environment tool.

In Short

• Design and implement comprehensive financial reporting systems.
• Perform detailed customer cost analysis and unit economics modeling.
• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations.
• Oversee cash flow management and financial forecasting.
• Create monthly/quarterly budgets and track performance against targets.
• Ensure financial compliance and prepare for future audits.
• Build automated reporting dashboards for financial insights.
• Support fundraising activities with financial models.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Handle office/facilities management for physical locations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
• Strong analytical mindset with actionable insights.
• Experience building financial processes from scratch.
• Comfort working with cofounders and external stakeholders.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to do 200 push-ups in emergencies.
