Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in finance operations or accounting.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to improve financial processes.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fluent in Slovak or Czech and English.
