Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Web Developer to play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling CloudTalk’s digital presence. As part of our vibrant international team, your work will directly impact our growth trajectory to $100M ARR.

In Short

• Shape our websites and digital properties to influence company growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Design teams.
• Drive quarterly OKR strategy and lead initiatives from ideation to deployment.
• Own and optimize CloudTalk’s WordPress-based websites for performance, security, and scalability.
• Transform design wireframes into functional pages while coordinating with designers and marketers.
• Boost site speed, mobile responsiveness, and search engine rankings.
• Troubleshoot, enhance user experience, and implement updates.
• Test across devices and browsers to deliver a seamless user experience.

Requirements

• Proven track record in custom WordPress themes, plugins, and performance optimization.
• Proficient in PHP, HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), JavaScript (including frameworks like React or jQuery), and Git.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver pixel-perfect web pages.
• Eager to stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and enthusiasm for broader marketing strategies is a bonus.
