Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Strong exposure to tech hiring in Europe
• Proven success in hiring engineers and product profiles
• Strong sourcing mindset and ability to reach passive candidates
• Fluent in English (C1+)
• Comfortable with data-driven insights and modern recruitment trends
• Ability to experiment with new tools and strategies
• Strong ownership and resilience in hiring
