Requirements

• Proven experience in hiring for Tech, Product, Design, or Data roles.
• Strong talent partnering skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Commitment to candidate experience and continuous improvement.
• Creative sourcing abilities and familiarity with various recruitment tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance recruitment processes.
• Fluency in English and ability to work asynchronously in a remote setting.
• Curiosity and boldness in asking questions and testing ideas.
