Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Jazz Pharmaceuticals, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

• Implement talent acquisition strategies in partnership with HRBPs and hiring managers.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

• Manage a workload of up to 15 requisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS.
• Familiarity with hiring laws and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
