As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with scaling companies in Europe, setting up hiring processes and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.

Communicate with key stakeholders regularly.
Analyze the best sources of candidates and run sourcing activities.
Deliver solutions for clients while ensuring project longevity.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven experience in Commercial or Operations hiring.
Hands-on experience with ATS systems.
Ability to implement ideas to improve the hiring funnel.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Data-driven decision-making skills.
