As a Talent Sourcer at Tribe.xyz, you will play a crucial role in redefining recruitment by combining innovation with a human touch, helping innovative companies attract the talent they need.

In Short

• Source suitable candidates through various channels.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate personas.
• Engage with candidates and follow up on their applications.
• Measure and record conversion rates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates.
• Create talent pipelines for current and future hires.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with TAs and Hiring Managers.
• Interact with potential candidates on professional networks.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to a 6-month fixed-term contract.
• Based in Australia or within the AEST time zone (±2 hours).
• 6 to 12 months of experience with sourcing techniques.
• Solid track record in sourcing for the Australian market.
• Creative problem solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced user knowledge of LinkedIn, Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS tools is a plus.
