Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English (minimum C1).
• First work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• An in-house recruiter mindset focused on long-term success.
• Solid understanding of the recruitment process and candidate experience.
• Ability to use data for decision-making and driving results.
