Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Husqvarna Group, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers.

In Short

  • Temporary position covering parental leave for approximately 11 months.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes in assigned business areas.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality execution of recruitment stages.
  • Search for candidates on LinkedIn.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with flexibility for remote work.
  • Join a supportive and cheerful team of TA partners.
  • Contribute to the reshaping of the Talent Acquisition department.
  • Engage with various stakeholders across different countries and cultures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in HR, psychology, business administration, sociology or similar.
  • At least a couple of years of experience in end-to-end recruiting.
  • Previous experience working in Workday is preferred.
  • Certification in assessment tool Predictive Index is an advantage.
  • Experience in in-house recruitment in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • High proficiency in Swedish and English is a must.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer mindset.
  • High integrity and professionalism.
  • Structured way of working.
