Overview

We’re looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team and lead full-cycle hiring across a wide variety of roles—from AI and tech to finance and commercial. Reporting to the VP of People, you’ll act as an advisor to hiring managers, executing equitable, data-informed hiring processes and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Bamboo’s mission to improve lives during pivotal health care moments.

In Short

  • Serve as a key member of the People Team, focusing on effective, strategic, and inclusive recruiting practices.
  • Own and manage full cycle recruiting for various roles, including technical and commercial functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope role requirements and align on processes.
  • Source candidates using various methods including direct outreach and job boards.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in Rippling Recruiter.
  • Share updates and insights with the People Team to support alignment and process improvement.
  • Leverage hiring data to improve sourcing strategies and outcomes.
  • Contribute to initiatives that elevate candidate experience and hiring practices.
  • Stay current on emerging AI trends in talent acquisition.
  • Navigate remote-first recruiting complexities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Success in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools (experience with Rippling is a plus).
  • Clear communication and strong time management skills.
  • People-first approach and passion for candidate experiences.
  • Comfort using AI-supported tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for team events.
