The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a vital role in recruiting and hiring qualified candidates to fill job vacancies, ensuring a proactive approach and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

In Short

  • Screen, recruit, and interview candidates for job vacancies.
  • Coordinate hiring processes and maintain effective relationships.
  • Utilize SAP and databases for applicant tracking.
  • Understand and apply HR practices and policies.
  • Provide counseling to prospective and current Associates.
  • Compile and report confidential data.
  • Work collaboratively with management to identify qualified candidates.
  • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Adapt services to meet client needs.
  • Participate in projects with Recruiter II or Consultant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
  • 1-3 years of Human Resources experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Intermediate technical knowledge.
  • Proactive approach to recruiting.
  • Ability to plan and control projects.
  • Preferred certifications in HR.
