Requirements

• 4-8 years of recruiting experience, preferably in sales roles within blue-collar industries.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, Refrigeration, or Facilities Maintenance markets.
• Proven success in sourcing candidates with established customer relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
