  • Own revenue generation from large-scale, strategic IFM customers.
  • Design and execute a scalable sales motion for complex facility services contracts.

  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for enterprise accounts.
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue, set targets, and monitor sales metrics.
  • Manage large, multi-site RFPs and contract negotiations.
  • Drive customer relationship management and account expansion.
  • Analyze market trends and refine positioning.
  • Report on sales performance and strategic insights.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of selling large, complex contracts.
  • Strong executive presence for engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in negotiation, RFPs, and pricing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with metrics and CRM data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-changing environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
