Overview

As the Head of Enterprise Sales at Ramp, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within the enterprise segment, guiding your team to build and execute Ramp’s enterprise go-to-market (GTM) and sales strategy while fostering a high-performing culture.

  • Define and drive the execution of the GTM strategy for the Enterprise segment

  • Hire, train, and develop top enterprise Account Executives (AEs)

  • Utilize a data-driven approach for managing team performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in the Enterprise space
  • Success in achieving ambitious goals while working cross-functionally
  • Strong data leverage skills for decision-making
  • Expertise in coaching teams to close complex deals
  • Proven success in recruiting and developing sales talent
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating value to executive customers
