Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Enterprise to help accelerate New Business & Cross-Sell Revenue within our Enterprise Segment at Common Room. You’ll build strong relationships, understand prospect and customer goals, and uncover new ways Common Room can deliver value across teams and use cases.

In Short

  • Recruit, train, and retain a top performing sales team
  • Lead and coach a team of sales representatives
  • Run weekly 1-on-1s with each direct report
  • Monitor team KPIs and identify improvement actions
  • Identify deal risk and develop mitigation plans
  • Analyze performance data for scalable improvements
  • Accurately forecast business performance
  • Foster a transparent and inclusive team culture
  • Assist sales staff in closing account sales opportunities
  • Maintain market and industry knowledge

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing a team of Account Executives
  • 4+ years in an Enterprise new business sales position
  • Track record of overachievement against quotas
  • Experience coaching sales reps from underperforming to high-achieving
  • Framework for identifying risk within deals
  • Strong empathy for peers and customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptability to changing processes
