Overview

The Customer Success Manager will partner with customers to ensure they achieve their goals and maximize the value from Common Room's platform.

In Short

  • Build and nurture client relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive customer ROI by tracking KPIs and ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Manage contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Provide strategic advisory and enablement through tailored training.
  • Collaborate with clients on account planning and progress monitoring.
  • Identify risks to customer satisfaction and develop mitigation plans.
  • Represent customer perspectives to internal teams.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or consulting in SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products; RevOps experience is a bonus.
  • Track record in managing retention and driving growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable delivering presentations to various audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems preferred.
