Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Juniper Square, you'll be responsible for onboarding customers, driving product usage, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role allows you to leverage your relationship management and project management skills to support clients in transforming their business operations.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of 60-75 existing customer accounts
• Work with end-users on implementation, onboarding, and product adoption
• Review customer metrics to ensure satisfaction and goal achievement
• Develop advanced knowledge of the customer, product, and industry

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance product features

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in customer success management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading client-facing meetings and presentations
• Passion for contributing to customer success
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about technical subjects
• Comfort with an evolving work environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
