Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Strong expertise in hosting virtual webinars and workshops
  • Proficiency in account management metrics
  • BSc or Master’s degree in Life Sciences is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership
  • Confidence in presenting to large audiences
