In Short

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, selling to academic institutions specifically in the France region.
  • Become an expert in BioRender’s features, benefits, and use cases.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed all revenue and booking targets for your assigned territory or category.
  • Organize, classify, and prioritize leads in the CRM—measure lead conversion and performance against quotas.
  • Develop and execute strategic expansion plans for accounts within your assigned territory.
  • Provide feedback on regional trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) on the academic and research landscape in France.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of prior SaaS sales experience managing the full sales cycle.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • A degree in life sciences or prior experience in this field.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Determination and resourcefulness; leverage tools and technologies to sell strategically.
  • Strong ability to interpret feedback and quickly apply suggestions.
  • An analytical and curious mindset.
  • A proactive attitude, continuously seeking opportunities to improve.
