In Short

  • We’re seeking a motivated Account Executive with a tenacious approach and a growth mindset.
  • Collaborate closely with Leadership, Customer Success, and Business Development teams.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, selling to academic institutions in the German region.
  • Become an expert in BioRender’s features, benefits, and use cases.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and booking targets.
  • Organize and prioritize leads in the CRM.
  • Develop and execute strategic expansion plans for accounts.
  • Provide feedback on regional trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve success factors.
  • 4+ years of prior SaaS sales experience required.

Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • A degree in life sciences or experience selling technical products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Determination and resourcefulness in leveraging tools for sales.
  • Strong analytical and curious mindset.
  • Proactive attitude towards skill improvement.
