In Short

• Lead and drive implementation, usage, retention, and expansion of customers.
• Become a bridge between customers and technical teams.
• Build scalable processes for customer on-boarding and post-sales success.
• Track and manage implementation projects for successful delivery.
• Develop healthy customer relationships through proactive support.
• Quantify product feedback to drive improvements.
• Advocate for Enterprise customers by understanding their needs.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and customer check-ins.
• Manage ~50 accounts to drive adoption and ensure renewals.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge or experience in SLED industries.
• Ability to travel 10+% of the time.
• Ability to obtain Part 107 certificate.
• Proven track record of implementing new technology.
• Excellent communication skills and focus on project management.
• Experience in digital customer success and delivering excellent service.
• Experience with commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
• Proactive engagement with customers.
• Identifying at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities.
