In Short

• Join the National Security Mission Success team at Skydio.
• Support U.S. Army customers, primarily the Short Range Reconnaissance (SRR) programs.
• Serve as an advisor to Army stakeholders with hands-on UAS experience.
• Plan and execute SRR fielding and training activities.
• Capture Soldier feedback to inform product updates.
• Develop field support processes for effective troubleshooting.
• Deliver on-the-job training in UAS maintenance and operations.
• Provide on-site company representation and technical support.
• Achieve and maintain proficiency as a certified Skydio UAS Operator.
• Work in a dynamic environment with military stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous U.S. Army sUAS experience required.
• 3+ years in operating and maintaining UAS.
• Ability to travel up to 80% to support U.S. Army units.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Professionalism and a proactive mindset.
