Overview

The Support Representative serves as the first point of contact for prospective patients, helping them with inquiries and guiding them through the appointment process.

  • 2+ years of customer service experience required.
  • Bilingual candidates preferred (Spanish-English).

Requirements

  • 2+ years customer service experience.
  • 1+ year of consultative sales experience.
  • Experience in dental or healthcare is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in active listening and empathy.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Experience with Salesforce and G-suites preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues.
  • Dedicated home workspace required.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection needed.
