Overview

As a Named Support Representative at Agiloft, you will work closely with customers to help them achieve their technical goals and overcome challenges, collaborating with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Work with assigned customer accounts to provide technical support.
  • Host calls to review tickets and discuss projects.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Manage customer communications via tickets and email.
  • Proactively resolve high-priority cases and assist with lower-priority tickets.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with accounts to discuss ongoing projects.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews as a technical contributor.
  • Work on additional tickets to maintain SLAs.
  • Engage in continual improvement projects related to customer experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Agiloft implementations and integrations.
  • Proficiency with the Agiloft product upgrade process.
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to de-escalate tense situations.
  • Understanding of internal teams and relationship building.
