Overview

As a Software Engineering Manager, Frontend at Agiloft, you will lead a team of software engineers to develop high-quality frontend features for our Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP). This role focuses on team management, software architecture, and agile development practices to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in frontend application development.
• 4+ years of experience in leading development teams.
• Scrum Master certification required.
• Experience in agile environments.
• Proficiency in AI tools for software development.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate technical needs to non-technical stakeholders.
