Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial legal experience or 2+ years as a legal knowledge engineer.
• JD from an accredited law school is a plus.
• Extensive experience with commercial contracts.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI outputs.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication skills for complex concepts.
• Ability to work with distributed global teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
