Requirements

• 4 - 5+ years recruiting experience in IT/Software/SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions.
• Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn and ATS.
• Experience in both technical and non-technical recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
• Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies.
