As the first recruiting leader in Argentina for Webflow, you will play a foundational role in scaling and succeeding across Latin America, leading full-cycle hiring across various high-impact roles.

In Short

• Location: Remote-first (within Buenos Aires, Argentina)
• Full-time, Permanent position
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, Marketing, and G&A roles
• Build local recruiting operations and long-term talent strategy
• Partner with hiring managers to drive alignment and results
• Hire and develop a small, high-performing recruiting team
• Work with Legal, People Operations, and Total Rewards for compliance
• Help define the culture of the Argentina hub
• Support personal development opportunities

Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, including 5+ leading teams in SaaS
• Depth in technical recruiting across various functions
• Experience building hiring programs in Argentina or Latin America
• Effective communication in English and Spanish
• Strong judgment and urgency in decision-making
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices
• Ownership of work and culture shaping
