• Collaborate across teams to untangle complex, AI-focused technical and user experience dependencies.
• Present work to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in agentic product experiences.
• Experience leading complex initiatives in a remote environment.
• Clear communication and alignment across functions.
• Familiarity with web design industry and standards.
• Bias towards action in a high growth company.
• Attention to detail in product quality.
• Growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies like AI.
