• Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders.
• Elevate recruiting practices and build a scalable framework.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles.
• Analyze recruiting metrics for improvement opportunities.
• Champion the adoption of new recruiting tools.
• Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of formal people management experience.
• Experience with the Predictive Index assessment.
• Proficiency in implementing AI tools in recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing relationships with recruitment agencies.
• A data-driven mindset with ATS experience.
• High-volume recruiting experience preferred.
• International recruiting experience is a plus.
