Overview

As the Manager, Talent Acquisition, Operations, you’ll oversee hiring strategy, delivery, and full-cycle recruiting across Deel’s Operations functions, including Global Support, HRX, GIX, FinTech, Benefits, and more.

In Short

• Lead and support a team of recruiters focused on Operations hiring across EMEA.
• Drive the execution of hiring plans in close partnership with business leaders.
• Serve as the primary TA contact for Operations stakeholders.
• Partner with People Ops and HRBPs to align hiring with organizational goals.
• Use recruiting data to monitor team performance.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring process.
• Support hands-on recruiting for high-priority roles.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve pipeline quality.
• Ensure accuracy in ATS data and reporting.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience.
• Experience in a team leadership or management capacity.
• Strong command of recruiting metrics.
• Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coach and develop recruitment teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
