  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to travel within the United States.
  • Experience in developing workforce and recruiting strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong discretion in handling confidential information.
