• Visit clients onsite across Florida.
• Provide in-person support for client groups and members.
• Assist Account Management team in building relationships.
• Work in a traditional member care capacity.

• Drive across Florida as necessary.

Requirements

• Access to reliable personal transportation.
• Strong communication and accountability.
• Ability to problem-solve in real-time.
• Ability to teach members about best practices.
• Empathy and relationship skills.
• Open schedule availability.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Healthcare and/or insurance experience preferred.
