Overview

The Field Support Representative will provide technical and logistics support to our International Defense and Government customers, ensuring they receive the most value from Skydio UAS solutions.

In Short

• Interface with Defense and Government customers.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support.
• Develop field support processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Train customers on UAS maintenance and operation techniques.

• Travel globally up to 50%+ for field support.
• 3+ years experience in UAS field support.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Military experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Linux and logistics workflows preferred.
