Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with large, complex backend projects.
• Strong judgment on tools and architectural decisions.
• Familiarity with observability, SLA, and scalability.
• Experience with AWS, Postgres, and Node.js.
• Ability to mentor and guide engineers.
• Commitment to sustainable building practices.
