Requirements

• Previous experience in technical leadership and/or people management.
• Experience mentoring engineers and managing teams.
• Strong communication skills in cross-functional settings.
• Broad full-stack experience including React, Rails, Java, and/or Go.
• Deep experience architecting web services.
• Ability to onboard quickly and drive improvements.
• Experience in remote work environments.
