Tech Manager - Remote

Overview

This position will lead R&D teams that develop enterprise-grade and cloud-scale products.

• Lead the development of enterprise-grade SaaS data lake infrastructure.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• 3+ years managing multiple teams of software developers.
• Experience with cloud-native software delivered as-a-service (SaaS).
• Familiarity with streaming technology like Kinesis/Kafka.
• Experience with data lake/warehouse technologies like Snowflake or Databricks.
• Good experience with software release management and DevOps processes.
• Experience in product development using Java, Golang, Python.
• Experience with agile software development methodology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with global teams is preferred.
