HR Tech Manager - Remote

Overview

The HR Tech Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the HR technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless data integration across HR tools, and enabling robust reporting and analytics.

• Oversee and optimize HRIS, ATS, Survey, and Talent Management systems.
• Manage selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR technology solutions.
• Lead initiatives for HR process automation and digitization.
• Maintain a robust HR data architecture for analytics and reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrations between HRIS and other enterprise tools.
• Provide insights on key HR metrics such as workforce planning and employee engagement.

• Experience in digital transformation initiatives within HR is preferred.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and HR compliance standards is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS management, or HR data analytics.
• Advanced skills in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc).
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• Strong understanding of HR data architecture and integration strategies.
• Knowledge of API development and system integrations.
• Expertise in automation and digital transformation strategies within HR.
• Advanced spoken and written English skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
