Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide cross-functional teams in delivering innovative fintech solutions. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile best practices, and remove impediments to ensure smooth and efficient product development.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for teams working on POS financing solutions.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-groomed backlog.

• Act as the primary liaison between leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with fintech, POS systems, or lending processes is beneficial.
