Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes across up to four development teams, ensuring teams stay on track with sprint goals, manage workflows effectively, and collaborate efficiently. This role focuses on coordination, execution, and process optimization rather than Agile coaching, making it ideal for someone with project facilitation or junior project management experience.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Project Management role.
• Experience facilitating Agile workflows for software development teams.
• Strong Jira and Confluence skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple development teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Scrum Master certification is a plus.
